The nearshore waters off of the southern part of the Texas coast offer excellent fishing year round. Grouper, Kingfish, Shark, Red Snapper, Dorado and Sailfish are among many of the species that may be found as near as the Jetties or at the numerous offshore oil platforms that are scattered along the coastline. During the summer months the rigs will hold anything from Speckled trout and Reds to Ling and Tripletails. It's pretty exciting fishing and we always look forward to the seas laying down.  When fishing out in the Gulf you just never know what is going to come inhale your bait!!!
